1.If the computer is not starting properly and restarts in frequently without showing the desktop

Solution 1.
              Start the pc/laptop in computer in safe-mode(Press function key F8 while the pc is rebooting, the pc will show some options select the safe-mode option from the list and press enter).
              Then remove any software or hardware installed recently(to remove s/w installed, go to control panel and open add/remove programs(Programes and features for Windows 7/8), then remove the recently installed software.
              Then restart the pc in regular mode i.e. in Normal mode.

         Its done.
